Need your opinion in the Miami market

HELLO DG FAMILY, HOPE ALL IS WELL

I WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINION IN THIS MATTER.
WHAT IS THE BEST STRATEGY TO APPLY IN THE MIAMI MARKET ( SUPER CHEAP HOUSES BUT TAXES ARE REAL HIGH ) YOU CAN ALMOST GET A PROPERTY FOR 30 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR.

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO NETWORK WITH ANYONE IN THE MIAMI AREA THAT IS A DG MEMBER
