Any investors near Lawrenceburg or Bright indiana?
I have a lead on a nice house in Bright indiana on Mountain Meadows Drive near State Line road. The distance is too far for me to travel for the time being so I was wondering if an investor in that area would like to have this lead.
The owner just wants to be out of his house and needs 160k. He sounds open to the debt relief plan. He says he is current for the time being and just wants to be done with the house. If anyone here gets the lead and closes on the house, It'll be great if I can get a $300 referral so I can buy more bandit signs.

P.S. I tried to find some information on this house in regards to it's estimated value and could not find anything on zillow. Apparently the town is too small to have the house estimates uploaded to their servers.
