I was recently contacted by a person in Phoenix who had a property that he wanted to sell as a rehab property. It's a 2 BR 1 Bath in Phoenix, near the VA Hospital and the light rail. The house was bulit in 1948, and it is 979 Sq Ft. It also has a structure behind the house that used to be a photo studio, but may be remodeled as a living area. The other houses on the block are selling in the range of $95,000-$136,000. The are asking $55,000 for both structures. I am willing to be a bird dog to anyone who is interested in this property.
