Looking to network with other DG members in Orlando area

Hi,

I am Donna, I have completed Dean;s book How to profit from real estate right now and have started joining FSDO sites, contacted and heard from one agent who pointed me to 2 investor clubs in the area and also is a cash-buyer/investor.

I have not done my first deal yet, but looking to. I have little income and lousy credit so I am going the lease-option or assignment of contract route. I am very excited and visit here often. I learn so much right here on this site.
