Any investors/buyers buying out-of-state properties

Hi everyone,

I work with a wholesale investor that I know of in California and wanted to post in this forum if anyone here is/know possible investor/buyer that buy residential properties nationwide and are interested in buying out-of-state properties?

We have deals in PA, OH, FL, GA and many other deals at a great negotiable price! Anyone interested send me a PM and I look forward to it!
