Now, there's one single strategy that we want to do but are SOOOOO afraid of doing! It's ironic...most people say that wholesaling is the best no-money down strategy..that's the one thing we can't even start doing.
If there is anyone here who is in Houston TX, currently wholesaling, we would like to strike a deal with you. I'm not sure what's fair, but we're willing to partner with you from start to finish of this one wholesale deal. Let us know your terms. Money is not an issue. We want to learn how this is done hands-on, most especially if you are utilizing the Set for Life program.
