Need short saler for nw wa state

I have a possible short sale in wa state. If anybody is interested. Got it on a craigslist ad this morn. Turnkey home in nice neighborhood. Military family already re stationed. I want no part in the deal, just told the couple I would try and send an honest short sale person their way, and what better place to find that person than here?
