So after deciding to give this some more effort than several years ago, i decided last week to contact an agent i went to high school with to pick his brain...turns out he has several properties of his own, has been an investor since 2006, is also a RE agent...he knows hundreds of buyers, and gave me great insight into which areas to get started in. Just this little idea i had with a simple call led to this. .
