Working 9 to 5 job or self employed

But, I always had a drive inside of me that said I am better than working some crummy 8 T0 5 job, getting home exhausted and and beat up! I saw how it affected my family and myself working and working, for what, to make someone else rich! Possibly, I was being selfish, but I wanted better for my loved ones and I had this strong feeling that I was worth a lot more than I was paid per hour.

I decided that I needed to work from home in my little spare time. But where would I find the time? When my kids were still awake, our house was chaos. So, my wife and I decided to get them to bed a little bit earlier, which actually worked wonders for them, as they were not as cranky in the mornings. My wife went to bed very early, so I decided that would be the perfect time for me to log onto the internet and get things in order for my work from home business.

So around 10 pm every night, I would fire up the coffee pot and plunk down in front of the computer and just read and research every thing possible about real estate marketing and profiting with a home business. Honestly, It took me a while to learn and I made mistakes along the way, but when I made the first deal from my , I was so proud! I could not wait to show my wife.

And it really was not that hard, basically I had to learn how to find buyers and motivated sellers and my work at home site took care of the rest and I profited. The hard part of working from home in those first years was finding the spare time to get online in peace and quiet. But if you want to work from home and make money , you will have to find a way to get that chunk of time to yourself. I do not care if it's in the middle of the afternoon when the kids take a nap or late at night. So your tired at work the next day. You are building financial freedom and in time all of your efforts will pay off and you will be able to leave your day job behind.

I have left the daily grind behind and am able to spend time with my family and actually enjoy life. I am not financially stressed out, because I never have to worry about being laid off and working real estate is a recession proof business. Even when the economy slows down the real estate is world wide and your work from home business keeps profiting. I guess it all boils down to one thing; The desire to be financially free and actually enjoy your life to it's fullest.By Chris Peterson
