We took our Wholesale class back in April 2010. Still haven't found a deal, but now in our RE Club I keep hearing reference to new law that prevents Assignment. So how am I to "wholesale" if there is a law that says we can't? I can't find the actual law, and now one else can explain it in full to me, so that is why I am wondering what to do. I know people are still wholesaleing out there, so how are you doing it?
