Could be my first deal and don't even have the course yet!
Hi all,
First off I'd like to introduce myself my name is Mike
and I'm living in Maine right now and up until
yesterday I knew nothing about real estate, so I'm
diffidently a newbie.
I was just up on the site yesterday looking over all
the great info here on all of Dean's sites.
( Thanks All! )
Anyway I was watching one of Dean's Deal of the
Month Videos or Dean's Videos Blog, can't
remember which one, anyway Dean said something
that was very interesting in one of them. Dean said
to become a problem solver.
Now I didn't think much about it at the time but, a
few hours later one of my best friends called me and
we got to talking and he started telling me how he
had to move and still owe $140,000.00 the other
place that he hasn't paid on in a few months.
Now his grandmother is the owner of the place free &
clear and is holding the paper on it.
Now of course she don't want to foreclose on her
grandson but wants hers also, so thy both just want out.
(problem solver problem solver)
Now I know I can get at lest $ 160,000.00 for it, so
my question is what would be my best avenue to
make this happen?
From what I've been reading here I think a
assignment deal is my best option and is what I'm
looking to do?
Any and all feedback is welcome.
All the best, and God Bless,
Your Next Big Success Story,
MRK
