Locked-up great deal, looking for partner for fix ups!
Hi DG family, my wife and I we have been part of the DG family since attending the Edge Event 2010 this past summer. Since then, we have been hard at work, doing our homework, studying, but most importantly, acting! After many offers and much hard work, we finally landed a great deal in a great area.
We contracted the sale of a home at 218k, with an after repair value (ARV) of 460K based on comps of the area. Several remodeled homes of similar size in the same area have sold for about 460k in about 2 months. Though we have the funds to close on the purchase price of 218k, we are looking for a partner on the fix-ups and would be willing to pay between 8 and 10% for the fix-up money.
