The property is completely paid for and he is selling it for around $250,000. This sounds like a great deal to me if I can move it. This property would make a great gas station, restaurant or hotel. I was wondering from anyone on here, what info do I need to know specifically to a commercial property? Also, how can I market this thing to a corporation like Loves, McDonalds, etc?
