Do you Really want to BUILD when its rainy or sub zero temps?
Think about this...ever tried to paint n the Rain?
When you try to build during rainy season (I know WE cant control weather), the process is WET and affects materials to bow, shift bend and twist,and yeah, thats right MOLD.
Floors, walls and overall construction CHANGES from what is Suppose to be, resulting in Problems due to wet and/or temps.
Heat expands and cold contracts.
Results:
squeeky and uneven floors and joist, foundation settle and cracks
bowed walls
NO 90 degree corners- check them you'll see
Uneven settlement in foundation and structure causing doors to rub and not close properly, cracks above or around doors or openings, windows hard to open/close.
ALL thes problems CAN be solved, BUT it cost.
Know the weather and WHEN Your house is or was being built
IF only you knew your first floor/basement was a swimming pool during construction!!
