When Will Home Prices Hit Bottom, Already?

In Money; Apr2009, Vol. 38 Issue 4, p65-71, 7p is found an article that reports on declines in housing prices and the U.S. housing market. Advice for home buyers is offered including anticipating future drops, considering foreclosures, and qualifying for a mortgage.
