County statues for using website registar of deeds
I'm a newbie getting all set-up to start making money. My question is has anybody ran across a similar wording to access your county records online? Wichita KS is my area and I would appreciate any feed back to this statue of our county. I'm thinking because I'm wanting to "buy" I should be okay right?

Please be advised that K.S.A. 45-230 provides:
“No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained therein, or derived from public records…”
Any person who uses this information for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any property or service to persons identified therein may be in violation of this provision and subject to a $500 fine for each violation. Further, each and every person using this site, hereby certifies to the Register of Deeds that he/she is not using the web site for said purposes.
