Synopsis

You could say I am all over the place in my direction!

I attended several different Middle Schools, went to both public and alternative high schools, and got my G.E.D. after only needing to complete ONE MORE CLASS. It was English. I have a mental block with reading fiction books.

I attended the Art Institute of Seattle to study Audio Production. After taking the basic audio classes and avoiding all of the general education courses required to receive a diploma I traveled other states to be near other sides of the family. Saved up money. Moved back home. Unemployed. Internet 24/7 and became involved in politics and Ron Paul's message of Liberty and his warnings of the economic collapse and his understandings of the Real Estate bubble and how it will collapse and why.

The day of voting in 2008 I leave home with a credit card and the clothes on my back headed for California worried about where America is headed and what the heck I'm going to do with my life in my early 20's. Charged everything on a credit card. Settled in Needles, CA. in a Roach Hotel for $400 monthly. Called my cousin whose family owns a concrete company and started working for them digging housing foundations and etc in 100+ degrees.

Liked it. Still wondering what I'm going to do. Fascinated with building houses..being around them and the creation process. The sense that I helped with it feels great, no matter how small.

I remember waking up one night and coming across Deans infomercial to Be A Real Estate Millionaire. I could feel his genuineness. It invoked something in me to say YES. I did nothing else but read that book all the way through..twice in a couple weeks. Forgot it all. I'm a slow reader and I have trouble retaining information.
I still didn't have much to my name, no money no savings.

Moved out of the hotel and into a home nearby. Two houses on one lot. Started dating the owner. I lived in the front house she lived in the back. We moved in together and rented the front house, and lower portion of ours. Bad tenants and eventually went into foreclosure. All that reading about real estate for nothing because I didn't apply it. Sometime eventually buying "Profit from Real Estate Right Now!" doing the same thing.

We toured Los Angeles; Hollywood; Van Nuys; Sacramento, San Diego in a van as independent contractors for phone book drop off, getting to see all the amazing houses and properties. Eventually heading North for my Grandfather becoming very sick.

Lived with my grandfather. Constantly watching DIY Network. Obsessed with "_____ Crashers". g/f and I part ways (not because of DIY TV just keepign it short, lol!). I decide to stay. Grandfather dies and now the house goes into foreclosure because they took out a 2nd mortgage on it. No attempt to save it from family.

I move out. Start my own business with Alcohol Breathalyzer machines for bars. Swarmed with 0% APR Credit Cards. $30,000 for a year. Thanks. 1 day a month I service them. A nice passive income.

Shortly after, my mothers friend passes away.. $1,000,000 waterfront home ^something something^ sells for $200k +/-.
Another friend of my mothers owes $4,000 in back taxes or he looses his house. He looses the house.

I buy "30 Days To Real Estate Cash".
Liked it. Still wondering what I'm going to do.
I bought a County map and that's about it.

A couple weeks later, I hear a radio ad for a Real Estate Seminar for Fortune Builders with Than Merill of Fix This House. Spend $200 I don't have for the 3 day seminar. "Thanks but no thanks" to the $50,000+ 1 year coaching and coursework.

Another friend dies of my moms, the landlord just wants lot rent, offers to give me free lot rent for 6 months, and basically the trailer for free as well he just wants it cleaned up and fixed to rent out. I do a property inspection. The end....Find out my car mechanic bought it and only needed a month to fix it up to sell.

Later, I receive a call from Deans "Last Chance" department. Buy the course on a credit card. Studying even more. 1 year of coaching. Haven't called them in a month. TRYING SO HARD to retain the information. Studying at work during lunch. Reading the coursework. Attending the phone seminars. Watching the weekly blogs.

Ever taken action? Nope... ... ...
And yes I know... I know...
Maybe this, maybe that..
When this... When that..
If I this.. If I that...
