The mentoring through the 1-800 # ? They call themselves PMI. They don't know your market. You'd think all the money you spent, and all the professionals they claim to have on their team they could walk you through your first deal. They promise to speak for you if you get stuck. That won't happen. After calling for a year and getting mentors that say try another State, or Anne wouldn't it be easier if you had money? What happened to find deals in your own backyard? You don't need money!

I have learned a valuable lesson. I feel for the older couples who are also loosing everything believing in this team. I Remember a certain couple, the mans wife had a stroke and he has to care for her himself. He was putting all his money into the program believing it works just as I have. He's probably living on the street somewhere now, just as I will be soon. If I hadn't implemented the statigies they mentor, I wouldn't have the right to complain.
