Hello everyone, my name is Eugene. I am from CA LA County. I am a new Investor but had some basic & advance trainings from Richdad company. Wholeseling, Foreclosure, Lease Option, Creative R.E. Financing, Rehabbing Properties, & Commercial R.E... To be Honest I have not done any action but have only focused on Real Estate Investing educations. my Goals this month is to do my fist Deal. I need Help... want to do my first Wholesale Deal & move on to my year Goal breakdown monthly: 6wholesale deals, & 3Buy & Hold.
