There are so many new things going on in my life since I have read Profit from Real Estate Right Now. I have worked hard all of my life to retire broke and now working at a thankless job where I am not appreciated at all. I come home and everything in my body hurts. I would like to come home with energy so I can play with my grandson and to see that he is raised properly. Since I have worked for someone else I dont know if I have the will power to do this on my own so every day I talk to one more person or stay on line trying to get buyers and sellers. I have noticed there are people who can not purchase because of no down payment or credit problems. I guess I have to look for a lawyer that does assignments or a mortgage broker that has more lending programs. I have a couple of emails from people saying they are tired of spending their money on applications only to be turned down. I guess I need to read the book over to get a better understanding of what to do and say. Any way I am going to do my best to make this work for me. I am just sick and tired of other people benefitting from my hard work.
