a long time coming..

Hi, my names Carlos and been part of the DG Family longer than i'd like to admit ,i say that because ive been one of those members that has hit a wall and basically procrastanated. im posting my first blog to say NO MORE! This week i received a call from an investor that i reached out to a while back and he happened to remember me. He said he'd be willing to invest and buy houses from me if i could get him deals that made sense. Ill be honest i hadnt even attempted to contact any rea's due to fear and uncertainty , but with that phone call i grabbed deans book 30 days to real estate cash and flipped to Matts script and edited it just a bit to fit me and by the end of the day i spoke with 2 rea's and had them send me 40 properties according to the 25:1 system criteria and that was that. Within minutes they had sent me those emails! Also, by the Grace of God i got a phone call from The DG SA the next day offering me an oppurtunity to qualify. Yes, to qualify.When he told me that not anyone can just up and join the SA because you have to qualify first i was excited! Its nice to know that there still A company out there who values their teaching enough to know you may "not fit" the criteria rather than selling to anyone willing to "give it a shot".Of course it cost more money than ive spent in a while but considering how much i constantly think about Real Estate I owe it to myself to create the best chance for success. So i did it! Im in! Im a Success Academy student this is my 1st blog and God willing it wont be my last. Last and absolutely not least i would like to thank God and to him be all glory!! i'd like to give him thanks for allowing Dean Graziosi to make sense of a dream so many of us have.
