Well, to start this whole thing off, I have to begin with the fact that my girlfriend and I are not even eighteen yet. We were watching T.V. together one night and just so happen Dean's advertisement for a real estate seminar came on. After lying there watching it for a little bit we decided to call in for the two free tickets to attend. When the time came for the seminar we were kind of skeptical about the whole ordeal but still curious. Even if we were not able to do anything now it seemed interesting to us for the simple fact that we are this young and want to learn.
While attending the seminar we found ourselves shocked within the first ten minutes. Information about some of things like what cash and cash flow are to tax liens and wholesaling made it seem not so complicated to us.
We may not have the money to quickly invest but with what we are learning we have a very good feeling that we can make something of all of this. We are quite serious about a potential future in real estate and would appreciate any advice.
