Recently lost 25k in a business venture gone wrong after I did my boots on the ground training. Now I'm in a lot of debt and trying to save everything Ive earned in my life to this point, including my kids. The good news is I have a vast knowledge on flipping which I'm doing for other people right now and I have a couple of solid buyers. The bad news is my mindset is pretty shot right now and I need to snap out of it and start hitting the real estate business hard. I've read a couple of Deans books in the past few months and will continue to read more of them. I watched the last two years of the edge and learned a lot. Really need to get my mindset back on the right track after my recent failure. Any feedback from dgers would be great on where to go to next. My main problem I think is maintaining focus. Anyone know how to do this?
