Hello I'm new in real estate

Hello my name is David I"m new in the real estate business i just got both of Dean's books Be a real Estat millionaire and profit from real estate right now. I got them about a week ago and i read both of them non stop I'm excited and scared at the same time. I guess what i'm trying to say is that if anyone has any good advice for some one just starting out i would greatly appreciate it and would welcome all the help and encouragement i can get.
