Edwin-I can't find Contractors THROUGH AngiesList.Com Where do I go?

Lately I've been having some clients asking me for some examples of what to post in Craigslist, I have this examples that chances are you don’t have.

TWO THINGS I’D LIKE YOU TO KEEP IN MIND:

i) Normally I’d like to go to http://www.angieslist.com/ (every once in a while that won’t work)

ii) This two examples are for when looking for a rehabber/contractor especially when ANGIESLIST.COM doesn’t work for that particular area (and you should already have a property or address)
