Wish Dean would know????

We Have Paid 8000.00 Dollars to participate into the inner circle. We were promised weekly phone calls and help to be on the fast track to success in our business. We Gladly accepted and paid the money. We were given 9 total phone call lasting 15 minutes each. The last four weeks we have not heard anything from our "Mentor", I use Mentor loosely. We also promised a toolbar to help us have resources at our fingertips. The toolbar can only be used on firefox, which we had to add to our computers. The toolbar is a quick link to sites that we would have to pay for using.
The inner circle is suppose to help us do 5 deals in the first year or the second year was free.
The hotline to the inner circle is hard to work with due to have someone new to talk to every time you call. It took me 3 phone calls within 8 hour period to get my question not answered. I was given action items to complete and told to call back when completed. I call the hotline back with completed action Items in a couple hours. I then had to talk to someone new and had to listen to the same speech and re-explain where I was in the program, the action items I was given, the answer to the completed to actions. The second mentor then gave me his take on the situation and more questions to find answers too and told to call back after find the answers. I then found the answers to those question and called the hotline back and went threw the whole process over again to find out the third mentors take on my question and his input. I became frustrated after the third phone call. I then called around to local agents and investors to find the answer to my question within less than an Hour.
We have meet Dean at the Buying Summit, Very Nice Guy. I am sure that Dean would like to know how the program is doing.. I am hear to let him know how unfair they have treated us and lied to us. Surely Dean would not let this happen!
We have slowly worked our way up to talk to managers, with very little resulting in the manor at hand.
