Regret can paralyze us from moving forward!

Many of us live with regret for things we haven't done and it can paralyze us from moving ahead. I am a new DG Member, but I am not new to real estate and investments for I owned a company for 10 years that specialized in this arena. Unfortunately, eight years ago I severed my partnership and my business partner took everything from me because I didn't protect myself properly.

Fear and regret has paralyzed me from doing business in this arena. I fear that I will fail again. I regret putting so much trust into one person to be so betrayed. But the great thing that God has taught me over and over again is how to get back up.

When I was in my teens I was a champion soccer player and played in Europe. So I know the kind of discipline you need to train to win, I know the devastation of losing and the triumph of victory. I also had cervical cancer at 20 and still was able to conceive my two sons despite being told I would never bare children. I broke my pelvis in 3 spots having my first child leaving me walking with a cane until God blessed me 5 1/2 years later with my second son to realign my pelvis so I could play some sports again. So I also know what it means to persevere.

But in this market when things are so negative, I am just grateful that my husband forced me to go our first DG seminar seminar one month ago because I am tired of living in regret and I am ready to make my dreams reality. Boots on the Ground lead by Matt Walton gave us the building tools needed to make it happen here in Minneapolis. I am excited to go to our first Buying Summit in December and we are building our team in several states. Thanks for all the hard work you have put into making it successful for all of us. That is why you are successful because you share the wealth. I love your heart and concept and I am honored to be apart of your team.
