You really can get a house with no money down!!! The deals are nuts! Weather its commecial or residential!!! In the market take your pick!!! lol!! Right Dean!! This is the first time i have posted on Deans blog, and i felt it was time to share my testomony, because i seen so many post from wanna be investors saying they tried Dean suggestions and they fell on their face and gave up then blaming everyone else but themselves.
