Emotional ..logical

1st of all thank you Dean for being so real...what attracted me to you was 1st a late nite info commercial,then when I got your book went online and saw all the "free" interaction between you and your students I was impressed.. I went to a seminar in January and loved it...Logically I know Real Estate is the way to go,as I have made money in the past,like the late 80's early 90's but things keep changing so quickly,sadly due to a divorce/auto accident..I am broke.I have spent ALL my saving being a student, so now emotionally I am frozen in my tracks afraid to begin cuz the rules may change and I have no back up $ to help myself. I set up a Nevada Corp and LLC but they are sitting there, I set up a SEP to use but all the fees took my investment,,I am anxious to DO DEALS I am almost at retirement age a single woman and I KNOW RE IS THE WAY TO GO..I am in Vancouver,WA anyone want to guide me to work with them I would appreciate it.
