Time to do well for my loved ones!

Not sure what will happen in the next few years, let me give you a little history. I am computer impaired and I don't even know if anyone will ever read this but here goes. I am a father of 4 and a husband to the most supportive and wonderful wife any man could ask for. I am one of those that has said all my life things are going to change. Well they are changing very slow and I am running out of time. I have made mistakes in my past and my credit is trashed. I even have a sales tax lean on me from 10 years ago when I closed the door on my business but failed to tell the comptroller.I have always known that 9 to 5 would never get me where I wanted to be. I am more mature now at 44 but I have really made it difficult on myself and my family buy the mistakes I made fianancialy. I am not interested in money for us to live high on the hog, just to enjoy our animals and support my children and others who are looking for a way to improve their life and help others too. I have a great opportunity coming up that could really open the door to this wonderful experience that all the gurus talk about. I found a house for 20 thou that has a property as is for 37 thou...with fix up it could be even more. There has been a trend where I live of sales to people of another country and they are buying everything in my area up...the realtor I talked to says she feels very confident that the property would sale awsome fast at below 14%, which is what I would sale for to get a 10 thou profit!
