First deal :)

Working hard to get the first deal done!!
Changing career paths is tough but I'm Totally committed to making this work !!
Ive got good buyers lined up thank to past business associations.
Need some properties and the ones that looked solid have not panned out..
Well I will do what I have to get this deal done by the end of the month!!
