REO NEED MORE "INFO" LET'S MAKE MONEY

I am in Miami, Fl. #2 place in USA to be making money in Real Estate RIGHT NOW!!!!!!

I talk to two bank assistant manager both told me when I am ready they will get me in touch with they represented in charge with REO’s!!!!!!!!

NOW WHAT DO I DO???????

I need information with REO in how to:

Talk to bank REO department

Make a contract

What kind of contract

I need to be able to WOW them!!!!!!!!!
I will learn how to WOW them !!!! Now how!!!!!!

I will find the Buyers I know there is plenty here!!!! I can feel it!!!!!
Miami is HOT do not know from where but they all come here (people)???????

Whoever has some “INFO” & wants to help I’m here!!!!!!
Let me know where to go to learn (to get INFO)
or
Wants to make (MONEY) LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!

It's been 1 Month in the course, between work my life (SON 17yr.) his not with me but I see him as often as I can (HIS a GOOD boy.)I am stretched out tight.

I need to whole sale 1 deal to leave my JOB put 100% in Real Estate then there is no stopping me & whoever is with me!!!!

I’m on my 5th lesson now I think I have the” buyers list” I have that part pretty GOOD!!
Before I start calling anybody I want to get a better idea of the REO part!!

PSS. (REO) is just stuck in my head I KNOW that’s where the MONEY IS !!!!
