We are looking forward to going to the Edge for the first time. We have had the DG program for over a year now and have not done a deal. We currently have 12 doors, but want MANY more rentals. The Seattle market is a bit difficult, but we continue to try. We seem to have trouble keeping to a routine or even figuring out a routine. We need to get more focus! My husband wants to retire in about a year so we need to have AT LEAST $5K more in rentals to cover our current expenses. I know it is possible. We are talking about looking for rentals in a more lucrative market!
