In the Cape right now. Been here since April 25th. Can't believe it. Like a dream. Be back home by June then it is back to whatever it is I thought I was doing. Maybe losing a little focus here and will need some kind of a disciplined routine to get back into the swing of things. Real Estate? Some pretty interesting things going on in Cape Cod. The place is a resort town really but there are some reasonably priced properties around and if approached with an investors attitude maybe some real deals to be found. Not making excuses I hope but trying to do the investment thing while being a caretaker for two stroke victims is a real trick. If anyone out there has a suggestion please feel free to respond. I have only just figured out getting connected and have just recently been able to get a hold of a laptop so I am really behind the schedule I had made out for myself. The one great thing about the whole thing is that I got a chance to play tour guide for my mom for a week. (she has always dreamed about being able to tour the Cape Cod area.) and I am able to be a help to my friend Carl and his mom. They are putting me up in the house while I am here - food, lodging,transportation. There will be nice memories of this trip. I may even be able to get a property here if I apply myself.
