About 3 Weeks into the RBBP

Hi everyone.

About 3 weeks into the RBBP.

So far i have been able to put 8 buyers into my buyers list.

Craigslist ads have been working the best for me so far.

Finding a real estate agent has been challenge.
I have sifted through all of the KW and Remax ones in the area...

Once I get to the part when we talk about acquriring a sales report from the MLS for all cash sales in the past 90 days, the agent does not respond back. Two of them just put me on an MLS mailing list, and one actually emailed her MLS password info and told me just to do it herself...seems like none of them want to do any work.

Regardless, one agent did recommend a few places to focus on in the big city of Worcester.

So at this point I am going to do a little research pick one of those neighborhood areas to focus on, as well as the small surrounding towns that I live in.

I have been pretty adept at locating potential properties, but unable to locate the owners so far (abandoned homes---owners not dead, no mortgage, but no person)

Any ideas?

I have two real estate attorneys to call this week to lock up the contract end of things.

I will continue the online marketing and try to find 25 properties to make one offer on.
