excited? why yes I am

hi everyone my name is matt feeney. ive never done this before. im very excited for this opportunity to work with dean, and his amazing teamates like all of you out there. i have just one book and have read it several times. i live paycheck to paycheck and have no vehicle because i cant afford one and my credit is aweful. i will succeed with dean!! i own a condo with my ex wife. weve worked with a realtor since jan. the buyer bailed recently. im looking for a buyer for this. its priced very low and upon resales of property, would gladly negotiate a bird dog fee. i know of 2 other properties in an area thats fairly affluent but require some work and one was on auction and didnt sell. a bird dog fee for these can be negotiated as well. im a hard worker and will make a great team member. i want to go to Deans Realestate Success acedemy so i can have a better more rewarding life. im 41 and want to retire in 5 years. thankyou everyone. matt feeney 603-498-6678
