Finding Cash Buyers

Hello,

My name is Latoya Parker, I attended Dean's 3 day workshop in August when it was here in Virginia. It was a lot of information, however I caught on to the basics. I have a 10 year background in Marketing. As a proud employee of Clear Channel Radio I get it.

I have already begun to talk to cash buyers & is working on building my list. I am looking for pointers on ways to break into this industry. I want to get started on my 25/1 closing ratio. If you have any links or information besides what's outside of 30 days to cash please inform me.

I have reached out to a lot of Realtor's & I got a good response from one of them who sent me a recent 90 day cash buyers list I am in the process of reaching out to them as well. I just wanted to put it out there that I'm open to all information from the veterans.
