Hello everyone! So far I am finding "tenant" buyers with using bandit signs. My phone is ringing off the hook! I have taken all their info down, however I am stuck at this point. I know I need to pre-qualify them to get an idea where they stand and what kind of home we can get them into. My question is....What should the mortgage broker I am using be doing for me so that I can move forward with finding a property to match my clients needs? Please help if you have been through this already!
