This is a think back over the past several years.
In May 2008, I was down-sized from my corporate banking job. Over the next several month lots of soul searching took place. It was Dean Graziosi that helped me get started in my real estate journey and business.
In late July 2008, I purchased the DG R/E Program. For the remainder of 2008, I met and associated myself with R/E people and studied lots of hours. I decided to join Dean's Coaching Program. This journey was enlightening to say the least. Over all these months I became paralysis of analysis. Became R/E Guru junkies. My Mother-in-Law, Sally became my R/E Agent. We submitted lots of REO Offers all to no avail. Both Sally and I got overload from learning from all multiple programs we worked with.
In the middle of 2009, that is when I met Jerry and Miller. Together we formed a partnership, I as a Broker and Sally as the Investor. From August to end of December 2009, completed 3-R/E Deals with Jerry and Miller. We, Sally and I were seeing some success. So we continued with this relationship for another year. In 2010, we completed 9-R/E projects and had some more successes. We continued with this relationship for yet another year. In 2011, things changed a bit by adding another private money investor, Hank and Barb. We completed 12-R/E properties/projects. For 2011, this was our best year yet. Our 2-private investors and I were somewhat pleased with the result.
However, in late 2011, changes occurred again. Jerry and Miller relationship dissolved and I needed to see how that would effects my private investors. Additionally, after several discussions with both Jerry and Miller the split was real. Fortunately, we had our last R/E project closing a few days before the end of 2011. This was the last project for both Jerry and Miller. Miller said he would continue in many R/E properties in 2012, and that he request we all stay on as part of the Team. I discussed with my Private Investors and they both said they want to continue.
In 2012, we will continue and we will surpass 2011 expectations. More to come soon!
