The Start Of Something Special

The first time I seen Dean's informercial was in my sophomore year in college 3 years ago and he has had me interested in Real Estate Investing ever since. I purchased my first books from Dean a year later and I learned a lot of information within those pages and it motivated me to make a change in my life because I wasn't happy with my current financial state. I got so tired of working dead end jobs and feeling like no matter how hard I worked, I wouldn't be compensated nearly enough to be comfortable with my financial situation.

Although I gained a lot of information from the books I just didn't feel comfortable enough in my ability to go out and put deals together. So within the past year and a half I let that feeling and a couple other obstacles and pit falls hold me back from pursuing Real Estate Investing any further. But I have been blessed enough to become a new father this year. Having my son to look after and provide for has definitely forced me to keep my priorities in order at all times. He plays a major role in my daily motivation.

So, I recently purchased Dean's latest book and I am more focused and excited about the possibilities than I have ever been about anything in my life. I am fully committed and dedicated to becoming successful in this business. I won't let this fire and passion I have die down this time and I know I will be making a post about my first deal in the near future. I am fully opened to any suggestions,words of wisdom, advice or anything that will be helpful in my quest to becoming a successful Real Estate Investor. Wish me luck!
