Got a brick house located in north scranton with 3 apartments and one commercial space. House needs work. Had a contractor walk through couple days ago and it is estimated 38-40k will get the house up and running like new. one boiler , separate electric and water is separate as well i believe. I just purchased this house via auction and do not have the needed funds to make the house up and running. Price is Negotiable so please dont be ashamed or afraid to offer your desired price.
