Last weekend my mom and I met two more agents and looked at 5 properties. The process of finding properties with a lot of potential has become infinitely easier and more rewarding now that we have agents on our team. We've already learned about 2 pocket listings - one of which looks like a good deal so far. One of us will go out and take a look at it this weekend. I'll also be checking out REI meetings and free real estate seminars to meet other investors.
Right now I'm looking forward to Dean's Livecast that starts in less than 15 minutes! It's been very encouraging to really dive into this site. The contributors here are kind and very willing to share what's been working for them, and Dean provides lots of ways to continue getting educated in how to invest in real estate.
