Hi-Rise Race in Hamilton

Stop the presses! The newest announcement to hit Hamilton Ontario and the re-gentrification of it's downtown core comes from the Hi-Rise Group, a development company from Toronto Ontario.
They are set to build a 16 storey residential live|work development project in James St.N which will be jointly owned by Hi-Rise and the Laborers' International Union of North America. The project is slated to begin a year from now with a sales center to be in place by March|April of next year.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, is Hamilton on it's way to shedding it's gray Steeltown image? And can the city become an urban live, work and play metropolis? Those are questions that still remain unanswered but at the current pace which development of the downtown core is taking place, who wouldn't want to be part of the Hi-Rise Race going on in Hamilton?
