Jump In

Good morning to All!
Well, my business partner and I took the dive and jumped in to the RBBP. We have gone through the first two parts of the 30 day Quick Cash formula and have established a relationship with a couple of real estate agents where we plan to "farm" for the wholesale and lease/option business to start. We are working the S.E. and the S.W. Florida area as well as up in Michigan.
Last night, we attended a mastermind meeting and met a dozen or so of what seemed to be ordinary people who have been wholesaling and doing re-habs for months and in some cases years. Everybody was friendly and very willing to share their experiences with us. It was time well spent.
We also had the opportunity to meet with a banker who wholesales commercial loans to and from other retail institutions. He is going to connect us with three different local asset managers from some local banks.
Being a former stockbroker and then an executive at various broker/dealers and insurance agencies, I know that it takes education and study to get a handle on how to prepare, present, and close a transaction. We both know we are on the right track and anxious to build our lists and close our first deal.
We are fortunate to have a great extended team and network and with the support of the DG family, we know we are in the right place and at the right time.
We are "all in"!
