Birthday.

Ok so today is my birthday! I've decided to start this blog so I can start seeing my progress toward closing my first deal and onto a successful investing business. I've attended a training weekend and read Deans book 30 days to Real Estate Cash. I've also went over some training courses I bought from the training weekend. I've gotten my LLC done for my business. I've put some feelers into online classified ads. I've haven't heard anything from them and have been kind of discouraged. So now I'm going to go through the book 30 days to Real Estate Cash and follow the steps each on hopefully a fast track and see if This will work. I'm hung up on my self in building a buyer's list. I have opportunities with other connections to have buyers for properties if i was able to do the financing my self. I have absolutely no money for my self let alone to buy a property. So Hopping I can do some deals quick to move on to being able to buy a property for residual income. wish me luck and any advice on how to start I would greatly appreciate.
