I'd like to Inquire into becoming a Dean Graziosi Real Estate Investor Coach.

I have attended the Buying Summit in Las Vegas and from that information had opened an Accuplan SDIRA, pooled in all financial resources from five different sources and paid $37,500 cash (about $42,00 with al the fees) for a 3/1 home in Columbus Ohio which is a Section 8 with a paying tenant. I have a great realtor in the area, and a Property Manager that I pay 11% of the $722 per month gross.

I had attended a BOG in San Diego, CA. with John Free and Ayres Boyd, Great couches!

We also had Ryan Hughes come to our home for a weekend as a bonus to the Diamond program.

Also I just made a business loan from my SDRIA to an investor's LLC for the purchase and rehab of one mobile home unit in Forrest Hollow Mobile Home Park (MHP) in Beaumont, TX. for $14,000 on a 12% payback.

You all know that we can all easily buy 12% notes all day long, but the added bonus to my deal is that I've made great strides in my investment networking since my fiancee" JC Ryder and I had joined Dean Graziosi's top level Diamond program and the Evolution Advisory Line. This investor for the mobile home owns two mobile home parks and has now asked to invest with me as I am seeking MHP's to buy that are not on the MLS, and homes owned by Out-of-State owners in a way that your program does not teach.
