I know I am not doing this blog thing on a daily basis -which was my intention in the first place when starting this.
Yesterday I was out looking at houses Driving for Dollars as they call it and i found 2 on the same street and another one a block away so I will do the comps and then call my realtor in the morning.

Today is July 3, I know I missed yesterday ..To be honest I just forgot to do it, my fault --but I am here now and I plan on getting my bandits signs today and make them up tonight and put them out in the morning.

This is what I am doing today, this is my story and I am sticking to it.

Today is July 1st, 2014. I am starting my Journal and keeping track of all my accomplishments and screw-ups. This way I will know what I need to do to make Real Estate work. I know in my heart that is does and can work and I just want to show that I can do it too.

So this is the beginning of my life as a Real Estate Investor.

THIS IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE (and a GREAT Life It WILL BE)
