Just as I though , was hoping I was wrong , not 1 reply to my last Blog and I know we have some NYkers here.

Hey everyone I'm looking to partner up with someone thats in my area upstate ny hudson valley . I have a small list of builders looking for income properties in dutchess,ulster and orange counties . I constantly find for sale by owner properties some just keep getting posted price keeps dropping , no buyer . Looking to put some minds & deals together.
