Doing work as a Wholesaler

We all have the dream to become financially free and not have to worry about a J.O.B. The difference between thinking about the dream and living it is to begin acting. So what kind of work is involved being a wholesaler? Well, in my experience:
*I post online ads for "I Buy" Ads
*I post online ads for "REI Meeting"
*I farm my area looking for vacant houses
*I post Bandit Signs
*I knock on doors of NOD
*I submit offers through the Realtors on my power team
*I contact my partner about a deal we are working on or a property that he came across that needs marketing.
*I attend REI meetings
*I get postcards submitted to NODs and vacant houses
