I used the techniques for screening banks and found a credit union that will do 80-90% of LTV. They are local in the area that I invest in and are happy to do it through my LLC. I can see the possibilities now!!!

To any savvy DG users, any help on using the website would be appreciated. Is there a tutorial?
I would like to have a journal to record my progress, but I am not sure if the journal sections is the appropriate area. Seems there are a lot of topics in the journal section. Would the blog area be better?
Any tips on how to make the most of the limited time I have would be so valuable
I have the edge events and replay them all the time, because I love the information and encouragement, I would like to get the same out of using the site but don't know where to start.
